As others have written, the Franklin Pinball machine is exciting for kids but cheaply made. The connector piece which secures the power adapter to the back of the machine broke after just 2 days and we will have to mail back the machine for another. This is work I don't need.

This toy is very easy to put together. I see that it has a DC hookup. It's a shame that electrical hookup doesn't come with the game. I can see this thing eating up D cell batteries. It is a very sturdy toy. It does make ALOT of noise while it is in game mode. I am not impressed with the ball return. How some trouble getting it to work at first. I am crossing my fingers to see how long before that malfunctions altogether. Other than that, it seems to be made very well for the money. Looking f

My 9 year old granddaughter and her friends and family have a lot of fun plaing with this pinball game. It works great and has wonderful sounds. It's a quality made product.

If you are a fan of pinball and do not have the space in your home for a traditional sized machine, this product is a good option. This is also a good option because of the relatively low price if you are sure if the recipient would enjoy a pinball machine. This is durable. The sounds and speed of teh game make it very enjoyable. Very good for a child.
